Conscious Beauty Australia products are formulated using natural and active ingredients that deliver scientifically proven results to delay the skin’s premature ageing process. We use both synthetic and natural ingredients (because not all natural ingredients are safe and not all synthetic ingredients are dangerous).

Our products are free from parabens, sulphates, phthalates, mineral oil, and other notorious nasties.

Clean beauty is a movement towards using personal care products that are made without harmful or toxic ingredients.

The product batch number and expiry date can be found on the product label or packaging. Our products have a 24 month expiration date from the date of manufacture and a 6-month period of use, once opened within this 2-year date. Unopened products should be stored in a dry, cool place out of light. Products should be stored below 25°C/77°F.

Our products use locally and globally sourced ingredients.

All our products are proudly made in Sydney, New South Wales. Our manufacturer observes strict quality control protocols and is compliant with ISO9001:2015.

ISO 9001 is an International Standard Certification that was developed by the International Standard Organisation (ISO).

Our products are packaged using materials that are environmentally friendly, sustainable and recyclable. Our products are packaged in glass and our ecommerce boxes are made with recycled carton.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand and North America. We partner with Australia Post and we offer standard or express shipping options.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within two business days. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 4-10 business days of placing your order.

All regular and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required, the courier will leave your parcel at your home if it's safe to do so.

Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (holidays or sales), or due to other unforeseen postal service delivery issues, or unavoidable events that are beyond the control of Conscious Beauty Australia.

Our purpose is to offer luxurious and sustainable skin care that is good for you and the planet.

If you don't have the chance to participate in this initiative, don't worry we got you covered, as our glass and paper packaging is 100% recyclable through your local council's yellow recycling bin. Product dispensers such as pumps and caps can be taken to your nearest participating David Jones store to be recycled.
